Accounting and office administration (Full/Part-Time)

Since 2019 we have been pursuing the mission to provide patients with a targeted therapy with the use of cannabis products aligning with the pharmacists and doctors, ensuring the standardized pharmaceutical quality. As a fully licensed wholesaler and well established cannabis supplier, it is crucial for us to provide patients with the products of consistent high quality from the certified manufacturers.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced pharmaceutical representative (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Preparatory accounting: processing of incoming and outgoing invoices (online)
  • General organizational and secretarial tasks
  • Processing of national and international payment transactions
  • Communication with tax advisor
  • Booking of health insurance and wages
  • Processing of daily mail
  • Support of the management – preparation for the year-end closing. Guarding deadlines, report preparation.

Requirements:

  • Have 2-3+ years of accounting experience (digital and paper).
  • Work independently – define and implement required activities.
  • General computer skills, FileV knowledge desired.
  • General knowledge and interest in medical cannabis is a plus
